💳 Payment and Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Payments

We gladly accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. There is no additional surcharge for using a credit card to make a purchase. To ensure smooth and timely processing, please provide your exact billing address and telephone number — the same details your credit card issuer has on file. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays in processing your order or booking.

Cancellation Policy — Via ZÉYA Agency Events

Because each Via ZÉYA Agency event involves multiple partners, venues, and pre-arranged logistics, cancellations must be handled carefully to ensure fairness and consistency.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of submitting a reservation may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.
  • After 12 hours, refunds are not available due to contractual commitments with our partners and vendors.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, we allow the original booker or cardholder to transfer their reservation to a friend or family member. Please notify us in writing of any transfer request to ensure the update is processed accurately.

Note: Some events may be marked as non-refundable or transfer-only. Please review the specific cancellation terms listed on each event or booking page before purchasing.

Emergency Considerations

In the event of a documented, unavoidable emergency, Via ZÉYA may, at its discretion, apply all or part of your payment as a credit toward a future event or service.

Third-Party Bookings

Via ZÉYA is not responsible for refunds or cancellations related to third-party vendors or services featured on our website. We are only authorized to manage and process payments directly handled by Via ZÉYA for our own hosted events and offerings. For cancellations involving external partners, please refer to the vendor's individual cancellation or refund policy.
