2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Promotion's rules:

• Open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, and where otherwise permitted by applicable law
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Employees, officers, and directors of Via ZÉYA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law

3. How to Enter

Entry methods will be specified in each individual Promotion's announcement. Common entry methods include but are not limited to:

• Online Entry: Complete the entry form on the designated Promotion page on Via ZÉYA's website
• Social Media Entry: Follow the specified social media instructions (e.g., like, comment, share, tag)
• Email Entry: Send an email with the required subject line and information to the designated email address
• Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Via ZÉYA Giveaway, 55 Merritt Blvd, Trumbull, CT 06611

Limit: Unless otherwise stated, one (1) entry per person per Promotion. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may result in disqualification.

4. Promotion Period

Each Promotion will have specific start and end dates, which will be clearly stated in the individual Promotion announcement. All entries must be received within the stated Promotion Period. Late, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated (e.g., skill-based contests). Random drawings will be conducted by Via ZÉYA or an independent third party.

• Winners will be notified via email and/or social media direct message within five (5) business days of the drawing
• Winners must respond and claim their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected
• Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

6. Prizes

Prize details (including description, approximate retail value, and quantity) will be specified in each Promotion's announcement.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes
• Prizes may be provided by Via ZÉYA's affiliate partners and are subject to the partner's terms and conditions

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control compromise its integrity
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Via ZÉYA, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in any Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
• By accepting a prize, the winner grants Via ZÉYA the right to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with any Promotion will be used in accordance with Via ZÉYA's Privacy Policy. By entering a Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These Official Rules and all Promotions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these rules shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
